Our shipments are handled by DHL, and if you miss the delivery, they’ll leave it securely.
Free Shipping
We offer free UK shipping to most UK orders. As a special offer for new customers, we are providing a 10% discount on the first three deliveries. The best part is that you have the freedom to cancel your subscription whenever you want. Also, there is no minimum order value.
Shipping Restrictions
Zest & Berry will do our best to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date. Our dates however serve as estimates and cannot be guaranteed in any way.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, please review our Return Policy: We will be unable to refund your order (including posting & packaging) once it has been delivered.
A Greener Service
We aim to use the least amount of packaging for your fruit box delivery, but ensure that it is securely packed. We are working towards using recyclable packaging for all our orders!
